Absolutely amazing pizza and appetizers. We drove an hour for the experience and it was well worth it.
I cannot say enough good about this place. The service is smooth, the prices are reasonable for the quality of product, and the food is phenomenal.
All of their pork is exceptional, but their pastor needs to be nationally recognized - crispy and tender, with the perfect balance of savory, fruity, and spicy (both spices and heat), this is easily the best al pastor I’ve ever eaten. Valentina's Kitchen serves up delicious and authentic cuisine, with standout dishes like the cochinita tacos, lengua tacos, and the best al pastor ever. The cheese dip with jalapeños is also a highlight. It's an easy-to-miss little yellow trailer in a car dealership parking lot, but the food is god tier. Some inconsistencies in menu descriptions have been reported, but Valentina's Kitchen remains a favorite taco spot with everything beyond delicious every single time. The wine list is impressive, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Overall, it's a great spot for a tasty meal, but be sure to double-check the menu and hours of operation.
