Man, I gotta say…I’m not really a “bagel guy”, but my girl put me onto Bruegger’s and it’s my new favorite breakfast to get when I’m in Madison. I’m also not a morning person, but girlfriend wanted Bruegger’s so I happily obliged. Antonio Prim tooo my order and was full of positive morning energy(yall know what I mean lol), was very helpful, laughed at my stupid jokes, and just overall made a guy feel welcomed and happy to be awake! A king amongst bagels🫡

Ordered online at 6:30 and arrived at 6:40 to find doors till locked (they open at 6). Only one person working and the bagel I ordered was not available. Only garlic or plain was available. I asked for the order to be voided and the “manager” told me I had to cancel it myself online. There is no way to cancel it. So now I’ve paid for breakfast I can’t get and her only solution was “cancel the order yourself” or come back later to get what I ordered. Completely unacceptable experience all around.

Came here an hour and a half after opening after making an app pickup. Doors were locked, lights were out. No sign posted explaining the situation. Now I have to go through the process of requesting a refund via email. What a waste of time.
I arrived at this location at 6:04am to pick up 4 bagels. Staff were slow even with me being the only customer in the store. After placing my order, I was told the bagels would be ready in about 2 minutes. After 2 minutes I was told it would be 20 minutes. I elected to wait and about 20 minutes later they were ready.
Most of the bagel bins were empty. I would expect that a bagel shop would have food ready for service upon opening.

I ordered a Western Sandwich and the bagel was ok, slightly underdone and took 30 minutes just to order. The "cold brew" was hot coffee iced, but the ice machine is broke. The hasbrowns were all frozen. Would've been better if it only happened to me, but the entire restraunt having the same problems is quite ridiculous. You're better off just getting a Burrito from dollar general and microwaving it. Edit- They took my unsatisfied review and remade my hashbrowns. By hash browns I mean crisp outside grainy, undercooked inside. mind you it took 15-20 minutes for them to barely cook it again. That is after they had to be told to recook food instead of taking food customers handled and reheating it.

Order was screwed up when Door Dash arrived and they fixed (allegedly). Received and not only was the order not mine it was missing items! Called and the supposedly manager said it must have been a mix up in bags. Really?? He stated, I can make another for you to come pickup. Yeah no, I door dashed so I wouldn’t have to come out the house idiot! Proceed with caution before supporting this business. This would have never occurred at Einstein Bagel! Now see why they have a 3.8 rating!!
