OMG!!! S&G’s in Madison is our most favorite date night location! Every Friday for 4+ years, now…every Friday!! Best gelato (Stella)! Best and friendliest staff (All Y’all)! Most deliciously made to order pizza! Oh, and the local beer on tap selection, superbly curated! We 🫶🏼 you guys!!

Based on the reviews, Sam & Greg’s Pizzeria/Gelateria is a great local pizza joint serving outstanding pizza. The sausage and mushroom pizza is superb, and the gluten free pizza is so good. Customers also recommend the buffalo chicken pizza, bread knots, and garlic knots. The food is phenomenal and consistently satisfying. The gelato is made in house and fantastic, with some of the best vanilla gelato in the states. The staff is friendly, nice, and knowledgeable. It is a counter service pizza place where customers order at the counter and food is brought out. The atmosphere is very quiet with a beautiful terrace to sit and eat, and the decor is really cool. The bathrooms are also very clean. However, the restaurant does not have conventional domestic beers, only local craft brewery on tap. Also, they clearly did not prioritize bussing tables, as almost every table was covered with dirty plates.
