Pretty ridiculous today charging same price for drinks as they always have and won’t do refills “due to Covid”. I understand and appreciate not wanting to take my cup back and refilling it. Every other Sonic just brings a new cup when requesting a refill. Padding those profit margins this way is pretty sweet!! You could post a sign saying “no refills” that would’ve been nice, maybe I would’ve upsized my drink order. Everything else was great just busted my bubble...read full review
Excellent Service!!! The employees/ owner are always friendly and accommodating 😁
They refuse to take orders unless you drive through. Third visit for parking and they ask you to use the drive through instead. Literally won't take an order. They say it's because they can't hear on the speaker but they hear me asking to order just fine.
