Fast service, fresh food, extremely kind and sweet to my toddler 😊 Thank you.
I forgot to save my receipt to do a review for them but I stopped in for breakfast this morning around 9:30 am and I just want to let the company know how friendly and nice the associates and staff were from the moment I walked in. Was smoky in there. Not sure what was going on, but they had the doors open to let it out.

Wendy's offers a tasty Cobb salad with extra ranch and croutons, and a delicious frosty ccino. The pretzel baconator is satisfactory. Although dine-in is unavailable due to COVID-19, the drive-thru staff provide excellent and accurate service, despite being understaffed. The frosty ccino is highly recommended.
However, there are mixed reviews about the experience. Some customers have noted that the drive-thru can take a long time and that the inside of the restaurant has an unpleasant smell. While some customers have received their orders correctly and on time, others have faced issues frequently. There have been positive mentions of the staff's professionalism, particularly from the order taker, but concerns remain about the attitude of some employees during service. A manager on shift once handled a difficult situation well, showcasing good customer service skills.
