I go to this location at least 2 to 3 times weekly. It’s under new management who is a hard worker cares about this business. He is very customer service oriented. He is very outgoing & perfect for this business.
The 1st time I came in here the workers were great. They were enthusiastic, welcoming, and gave great suggestions after I mentioned it was my 1st time trying the place out. So naturally I was excited to come back thinking it would be another great experience. WRONG! When I came in today different people were working not very friendly, nor greeting, or welcoming. The Asiago/Parm bagels we got might have been just a little under done, but that may have been to prevent over cooking the cheese? The cheese was done just right... Still tasty!
