“Michael our delivery driver was such a pleasant and welcoming face. Times are busy, staff is short, gas prices are high, those of us working are putting in twice the work because of staffing issues. I know mistakes happen, Michael left our Pepsi at the store, BUT he didn’t hesitate even the slightest to admit his mistake and correct it. It wasn’t long before he made it back to our door with the Pepsi and a smile. The value of understanding how to admit your mistakes, own them, and correct them is a lost concept for most people this day in age. It means the world to us that Michael still holds these values.
