“Went here for the first time yesterday and we did the “skip the line” and sat down and ordered from mobile app. We didn’t realize it auto selected a different location so they never got our order. We waited about 20 mins and asked and they said they don’t know why that happened and apologized and threw in 2 pieces of cake for the trouble. However, we ordered the chicken bacon ranch pizza and a club sandwich and Mac n Cheese and the food was amazing! The customer service was great and we can’t wait to go back!“

“Jet's Pizza is a takeout place... And I'm going to tell you I'm from New York and I know what real Pizza taste like.... Jet Pizza has the best pizza I've ever tasted outside of New York.... Everything is freshly made even slices... It's a little bit more expensive than other places because they use fresh ingredients every day... And The taste is absolutely amazing..... I only had two slices today but it had pepperoni & sausage with the turbo crust.... The pizzas cook perfectly... With all the fresh ingredients that they use it tastes perfectly.... So like I said it's definitely the best pizza outside of New York City... Without a doubt... I want to the one that's in Huntsville Alabama... And I'll be going back tomorrow.... I've been away on a business trip outside of New York and haven't had any good pizza in a while in the last 3 weeks... And I'm glad I went to this place again I actually went to it about 5 years ago... But it has gotten a thousand times better from when I went to a 5 years ago... I would recommend this place to anybody that likes Pizza.... The round pies are delicious but I like that Sicilian pies the best.... And you can get slices or pies amongst other things on the menu... It's well worth going to this place guaranteed.. you definitely will not be disappointed if you're a piece of person that actually had real pizza from New York City and know the difference... Between Pizza anywhere else in the United States...🍕🍕🍕“

“We frequent this Pizza Hut location because we like the way they prepare the food even though there are 2 other Pizza Hut locations and countless other pizza shops much closer to us. However, this time they failed us big time! I ordered online at 6:00 PM for a 6:45 pickup and drove 30 minutes only to be told to return in 20-30 minutes because "you know how technology is..." and some other BS why they were just then making our pizza. My wife and I drove over to a nearby park and talked to pass the time but then it took an additional 20-30 minutes to actually get the pizza once we returned to the store. The young lady at the pick up window was working her best "cutesy" routine as she BS-ed us as if we were idiots. It's a rather long story but in the end she withheld our food an additional 15 minutes or so because we asked to speak with a manager (which we simply gave up on because we were hungry). We've been coming to this Pizza Hut location for years, but I think we will try one of the other locations the next time.
EDIT: I bumped the review up 2 stars because the manager contacted me and invited me back to the store with some store credit. We visited last night and had our usual good experience.

2nd EDIT, 11/8/24: We continue to get excellent food and service from this location and still drive 30 minutes each way to get it. I bumped the Stars up to five stars because they consistently provide excellent service.“

“I was on campus for the 2025 Alabama Religious Freedom Summit and decided to visit the cafeteria for lunch. The faculty, students and staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was quality was very high, as you would expect at an Adventist institution. Excellent salad bar. The vegan and vegetarian choices were clearly labelled, along with potential allergens. Beautiful view of campus from the window by my table. Overall a lovely experience.“

“Michael our delivery driver was such a pleasant and welcoming face. Times are busy, staff is short, gas prices are high, those of us working are putting in twice the work because of staffing issues. I know mistakes happen, Michael left our Pepsi at the store, BUT he didn’t hesitate even the slightest to admit his mistake and correct it. It wasn’t long before he made it back to our door with the Pepsi and a smile. The value of understanding how to admit your mistakes, own them, and correct them is a lost concept for most people this day in age. It means the world to us that Michael still holds these values. “Kudos to your delivery person who knows how to follow instructions! Last night I watched my grandkids. Their parents ordered the kids online a large cheese pizza which was delivered fast, hot and looked delicious. Under special delivery instructions my son-in-law wrote: “Tell me I’m beautiful.” Well the delivery person did and made my night😂. Only later did I find out why! Oh we all had a good laugh at that. I bet the delivery person was embarrassed afterwards. Gullible me thought he was sincere 😂😂😂😂“

“Ordered a Pizza, wings, cinnamon squares and a 2 liter. the food was good.When I called 3 mins after delivery guy left, Marcos made contact with the driver who forgot the 2 liter and turned around to deliver. I love MARCOS and would recommend to everyone!“
