Went here for the first time yesterday and we did the “skip the line” and sat down and ordered from mobile app. We didn’t realize it auto selected a different location so they never got our order. We waited about 20 mins and asked and they said they don’t know why that happened and apologized and threw in 2 pieces of cake for the trouble.
