We ordered pizzas online and got a post saying they were ready. In reality, they were behind and they were not ready. Although the girl apologized, we still had to wait for them to get ready.
45 minutes into my order I had to call and see why they hadn’t even started my pizza. Only to be told she was waiting on drivers. Well it would have been nice to know that I was going to wait however long it took to get my order. I had to cancel my ordered because I have to go to work (which is why I ordered the pizza early at 10:59). The lady rudely hung up on me when I told her I wanted to cancel.
