They need to fire everyone working 11-20-25. Spending 15 minutes in line with only one car ahead of you is not FAST food. I drove to the BK on 72 and was in and out in about 3 minutes.

This burger kings service is horrible, I sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes nobody came. Drive up to the window nobody came. I honked several times. I could even see people through the window. What the heck????

28 minutes between ordering and food; one of only two groups in restaurant. Fries and onion rings lukewarm at best. Absolutely nonsense of urgency. For the cost, should have gone to a full service restaurant as it would have been faster and better quality.

This place is absolute joke, went in this morning for breakfast stood there for ten minutes with people walking around nobody acknowledged i was there. Another customer walked in and we stood there for 5min talking and no one came to the front. Please for the sake of everyone that lives near this horrid place close it down maybe we could get an actual restaurant in its place

30 minutes for my order. No lie! This pace is ridiculous. Poor management! Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes with not even a hello. Drove around, went in, and waited 30 more minutes.
The drive thru was backed up so I went in. The manager was preparing food and placing it in the warmer. She said she could not take any orders because she was the only one there. This was at 7:45 am on Tuesday, 09/16/2025. She was rude and uncooperative. If she couldn't take orders, she should have the doors locked. She never addressed the drive thru, just made them sit in a long line. Her rudeness was uncalled for. If she can't be professional, she should not be in management. The food was ready and she was just standing around and would not take my order. I wanted what she had in the warmer. DO NOT EVER GO TO BURGER KING ON HUGHES ROAD IN MADISON, AL

This store purposely tainted my burgers with grill scrapings. I say purposely because they were parts of the burger(between the cheese and bun) that has scraping placed on it.

I went and was in the drive thru waiting on someone to say something in the intercom. I thought the car in front of me was moving up to get their food but they drove off. I pulled up to the window to make sure someone was there and they watched me as they took an order and after they were done just walked off after we made eye contact. She came back and asked me to go back around to the drive thru to place the order. The attitude and lack of acknowledgement was unnecessary but we won’t be going back to this location and will let others know they should go either.
