I ordered the Capastrami and it was DELICIOUS!! Great atmosphere, great ownership and great food! You can’t beat this shop. Period.

Made an order online and it defaulted to Madison. I live in Huntsville . Tried to speak to madison since i am unable to come there today and explain what happened and they were totally rude. They offered no help and refused to refund my $15. My family eats there all the time when we are in Madison I was very surprised how easily they saw nothing wrong in stealing $15 from me. Even when i spoke to the Huntsville shop they said that there store gets Kentucky orders by mistake all the time. If i could give this shop zeros I would! Thanks to the Manager Michael Fanning the way you do business leaves alot to be desired!As for the owners poor response i watched my son pick the Huntsville location it was an error on the website that even the people at Huntsville said happens all the time! I know you spoke to my son i heard everything! Instead of you doing the right thing you brushed us off over $15. My family as well as my Madison family will not be bothering coming to your store again and we spent way more than $15. You are a money grabber you need customer service classes. I paid my money in good faith on the website. And the location was correct i dont run your website. So no i wont be emailing you zero stars on you!

Went specifically to get a vege-cheesesteak. It was impossible vegetarian meat I believe. The sandwich was stuffed with meat and served hot. They also have avege-turkey option I'd like to try at dome point.

33 minutes to get 1 small sandwich and 2 mediums. No drinks. No chips. $47. That’s high, and Sit down restaurants in town deliver food faster after you order. Sorry not going back.

The sandwiches are good, albeit a little pricey. The service is great! Everyone from the guy who took our order to the people cooking has a terrific attitude and are always willing to help the customers.

Today I went in for the first time. The order taker Dylan was so amazing. He was friendly and welcoming with a hugh smile. I had several questions and he was able to recommend me the French dip sandwich to try and I loved it. I even had the pleasure to meet the owners and I must say this was a great experience. I appreciate restaurants who have great customer service and it's shows from the top down. Great job to the whole team.

Very expensive for a sandwich, fry, and a drink. It also took 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches. The food was good, but for the price and the wait, it should have been better.

I had a great experience at Capriotti’s, it was pretty busy but we got our food timely. Trinity was very well mannered and checked on my mom and I outside. 10/10 food quality I love the french dip!!!! I will be back

I visited on Oct 13, 2024. My second time to try. I ordered the chicken cheese steak. The chicken was so tough and very hard to chew. No good flavor or taste at all. I couldn't eat it. Threw it away!
