The sandwiches are good, albeit a little pricey. The service is great! Everyone from the guy who took our order to the people cooking has a terrific attitude and are always willing to help the customers.

Ate here today after they claim “Americas Greatest Sandwich” and that statement couldn’t be further from the truth.

Today I went in for the first time. The order taker Dylan was so amazing. He was friendly and welcoming with a hugh smile. I had several questions and he was able to recommend me the French dip sandwich to try and I loved it. I even had the pleasure to meet the owners and I must say this was a great experience. I appreciate restaurants who have great customer service and it's shows from the top down. Great job to the whole team.

Very expensive for a sandwich, fry, and a drink. It also took 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches. The food was good, but for the price and the wait, it should have been better.

I had a great experience at Capriotti’s, it was pretty busy but we got our food timely. Trinity was very well mannered and checked on my mom and I outside. 10/10 food quality I love the french dip!!!! I will be back

I visited on Oct 13, 2024. My second time to try. I ordered the chicken cheese steak. The chicken was so tough and very hard to chew. No good flavor or taste at all. I couldn't eat it. Threw it away!

Best sandwich shop I ever eaten at. Wagyu cheese steak with bacon is absolutely the best I've ever had.

Friendly service, and fresh food. The wagyu cheesesteak was amazing and I love the wide, thin-cut fries!

The food was good, but not great, especially considering the price. The service and atmosphere were top-notch though.

It's pricey. A sandwich, chips and a drink costs nearly $20. And I ordered the smaller sandwich. Customer service was great!

The sandwich is called the hot bobbi! It was reminiscent of a turkey dinner on a bun!! Their fries were thin chips without being crispy and tasted of REAL potatoes!! The friendly and helpful staff made it perfect!!
