Outstanding service and professionalism displayed by Tre
I accidentally ordered my bowl to the wrong CAVA location and thought I was completely out of luck. Jax absolutely saved the day! He was so kind and offered to just go ahead and make my order for me even though I had placed it at the wrong store. He really didn’t have to go out of his way like that, and I genuinely appreciated his kindness and willingness to help. Yay!!
