super nice people and great service
I would like to provide feedback regarding my experience with Captain D's in Madison. My last 3 visits have been terrible and yesterday was the last straw! I am done with this chain of restaurants.
Yesterday, I came in around 5:30 pm. There was 1 person on the counter and 1 person cooking. The counter person was handling the counter and drive thru so the service was extremely slow. I order a chicken meal, fish meal and a side of okra. It took 15-20 minutes to get my order,...read full review
