Came to Chipotle to have a normal dinner and the whole experience was pathetic. Used to have salt out by the drink machine and utensils. Since they didnt we asked for some salt from the back like they've done for a great many years. They said they could not and would not. To boot my child's meal was cold.

Worst Chipotle experience of my life!!
This is a location I’ve visited many times, and it’s my sons’ favorite place to eat. I ordered food for my kids like I always do, and everything was fine until checkout.
Before completing payment, I accidentally tapped my company card, which is a serious issue under my company’s policy. I immediately apologized and politely asked if the transaction could be voided so I could pay with the correct card — a very basic and common retail request.
Instead of helping, the cashier called the store manager. The manager looked at me with obvious annoyance, said “It’s already paid,” and walked away without letting me explain or say another word.
I asked again if it could be voided and re-run, explaining that this payment would cause a serious problem for me. The response? “The manager said no.” When I asked to speak to the manager again, she returned, cut me off mid-sentence, spoke in a hostile tone, showed zero respect, and walked away again — publicly dismissing and humiliating me in front of other customers.
I have been to Chipotle locations all over the country and have never experienced this level of rudeness, arrogance, and complete lack of basic customer service. This could have been resolved in seconds, but instead the manager chose to embarrass a customer over something trivial.
I was so disgusted by how I was treated that I threw the food away on my way out and have no interest in ever returning to this location — or possibly Chipotle at all.
If this is the kind of attitude and behavior being tolerated from management, then customers should expect nothing but disrespect here. Completely unacceptable.

I read the reviews & went anyway. I’m a long time chipotle fan (way before delivery options were available) & I had no issues with any part of my experience. Dare I even say this was one of the better bowls I’ve had.
I recognize in the reviews that most of the poor ones are related to delivery / app experience. While I understand the importance of having this option, I know that nothing beats the in store experience. And long term chipotle fans know what I mean.
I was in and out. Friendly staff. A good portion size. Great music too.
Therefore I deem this location 5star worthy! 🫡

My chips were left out of my meal. I noticed when I got home and when I returned, the guy didn’t apologize or even speak. Just handed me the bag with an attitude. Will not be back.

My son ordered a bowl online and picked up in the drive thru, paid almost $20 BTW because he ordered extra steak and the bowl was hardly full. They cheated him Big Time. Hardly any rice, we asked for double beans and steak got less than a regular portion. Please DONOT order online & pick up, because you will more than likely get cheated.

Buying from the car is very bad. They give you very little food. If you don't go inside to watch them preparing the food for you, you don't get enough food for what you paid for.
I stood in line for a while and observed the young man Sam, which I believe was the manager take care of an elderly lady in front of me as it was her first time and the cashier accidentally charged her twice and he took care of everything with class and kindness and made everything right I was completely impressed and I will be back. Food was great Holley recommend.
