Service was good and fast- the food was flavorless and cold. The chips were stale. Restaurant seemed clean though.

Drive through is very inefficient when someone’s food isn’t ready. We get stuck a few cars back for 15min while the car in front doesn’t move. Our food has been ready for awhile and either the first person showed up too early or what, but it is a poor system. If someone’s food isn’t ready and there is a long line, the first person should pull forward and wait in the front or get back in line

I love chipotle but now since they have a new manager they have become more skimpy with their portions. I don’t know her name but she is a black lady with short hair. The girl who started our bowl barely gave us any rice so we asked for extra. Then we were asked if we wanted guacamole by the manager and she barely gave us any. So I said something about it at the register. She said it was a spoonful but it was more like a teaspoon. Why would I pay $3 extra for guacamole and barely get anything. She was mad that I wanted more and had an attitude about it. Really pathetic to be honest.

This Chipotle was once great, but things took a turn for the worse when they switched managers. We stopped coming, but we decided to give it another try today. Unfortunately, our experience was even worse.
When we arrived, we weren’t greeted at all. As she started making our bowl, we asked for extra rice. Instead of using the spoon to put the rice in the bowl, she grabbed it directly from the spoon and slapped it in the bowl. Then, she went to the cash register with the same gloves and returned to the line to make a burrito with the same gloves.
I asked her if she was going to change her gloves, but she paused for a moment before asking the customer if he wanted her to. He said yes, but she didn’t change them.
We will definitely not be coming back to this Chipotle. They need to improve their food safety standards. 7:47pm (this was the manger doing this btw)

I’m a big fan of Chipotle, and this location consistently hits the mark. The food is always fresh and the ingredients taste high-quality, which is a major reason why I keep coming back. My go-to is a veggie bowl with brown rice, fajita veggies, pico de gallo, corn salsa, and a generous dollop of sour cream.
Portions are so little its crazy! I ordered double meat and the portion is half of one regular order......Please give people what they pay for...We are paying for it....Plenty of lettuce, plenty of rice and beans....but Meat is nearly nowhere to be found....man am so disappointed..... and still hungry :}
