The Hash was good. I'm not impressed with the eggs (over easy) or the biscuits. The hash browns are so wonderfully crunchy. The kids loved the French toast and hot chocolate. We were not impressed with the Firebird sandwich, but my husband liked the grits.
The hash browns, biscuit French toast, and biscuits and gravy were pretty good. The omelet had way too much pepper in my opinion. Unfortunately, all of the tables were dirty and all the ketchup bottles were empty. I may try it again someday.

Had breakfast here today. The staff were great even though they were almost overwhelmed. Everyone was polite and helpful. Food was good, but not particularly healthy. That's okay as it's a Sunday during Lent so what the hey. We had to wait longer for our drinks and food than I thought we would, but it was worth it. Will be back.
