The people here are literally so rude for no reason. They don’t acknowledge you when you walk in, they just stare awkwardly. It’s so uncomfortable and unwelcoming, will not be back here.

Every time I go in it gets worse. There is NEVER any food. Today they were out of sour cream. They ration the food like they cannot afford to make you the order you asked for. And the lady in Braids today with the hat balanced on her head looking like it was going to fall off at any minute, was the rudest person I have ever meet. When my husband asked to cancel his Burrito because there was not enough black beans, sour cream, hot sauce or queso to complete the order. She proceeded to scream at us all the way out. We even offered to pay for it even though there was nothing on it. And her manager just stood there. Never ask if she could help make our experience any different. What a shame. Being Colorado natives. We have supported Chipotle since its start, but will have to seriously think twice before returning to that site again.

They were basically out of everything. Ordered a burrito bowl, they were out of brown rice, out of beans, out of steak, put maybe 1 tablespoon of beef Barbacoa on my burrito bowl and stated that was a normal portion. Out of lettuce and out of chips. Worst is chipotle ever!!!!

I had an order for 1100, 15min after they open. I went in at 1100 and they said they were closed and kicked me out, saying I had to wait 15 more minutes. Like it’s hot outside why can’t I just sit at a table.

Don’t go to this location. Every time I’ve gone here there is a 30 min wait on the rice or meat. Complete joke. The staff also like to make disrespectful comments under their breath.

Says they open at 10:45 but no one told the employees. I placed my order for pickup and when my time came they said they still weren’t done opening and it’d be 5-10 more minutes. No apology no care nothing. It took a few mins of me standing there and employees walking around for them to even acknowledge I needed help. There’s currently a line of folks who haven’t been helped and they’ve been “open” for 10 mins. Surprisingly horrible service for a place that is so simple.
