8 people working, and not one has the designated job to clean tables or floors I guess. I told someone there that I would like to eat here once I get my food but all the tables are dirty and still none were cleaned by the time I left. There just seems to be a lot of younger people with no manager that takes initiative to manage or make sure their restaurant looks appealing to sit down and eat the meal you paid for.

We found a hair in my wifes burrito, the meat had little seasoning, and there was way too much sour cream. It was like drinking a burrito.

Sad to see so many poor comments although u shouldn't expect much from online orders and door dash, at least thats how I feel. I love this spot. Yea maybe employees that r not working the counter or making food shouldn't hang out where customers can see them and feel like they r being ignored, but I haven't had any issues. I think this location has the best flavors and makes my burritos amazingly! Thank guys/gals, ill keep coming back

Another low star rate as my wife got herself a rice burrito and I got everything i didn't want on my bowl.

Also they were 10 minutes late to give my order.

The team seemed a little confused. they didn't have any of the items available and the wait time was quite a while. After the wait, then the food was not as fresh and the team didn't make it any more better by being very much non chalant. Would not be so direct here in the response, however the experience wasn't very good.

Service slow, drive through not managed, order showing ready in app and they let cars build in drive through behind cars that just placed orders. Order was supposed to be ready at 520, now its 545 and still waiting

Such a long wait time for mobile orders, its ridiculous!!

Boyfriend put in a chipotle order, as we checked repeatedly for no dairy.
With image, the order ITSELF did not have a single dairy item. Went for pick up and had an experience.

Yet the burrito had queso in it.
Not only that, but picking it up I made eye contact with 2-3 workers and sat there while I could hear them chatting away. I just stared at them wondering for a few minutes if someone would come over.

Genuinely upset, as I cannot eat any of this and had to spend time flushing my mouth out HEAVILY to hope all of the queso was out of my mouth.

Very upsetting to handle from start to finish.

I hope this gets fixed.

pretty sure they charged me extra for a sauce i didn’t get. the guy acknowledged it and laughed and just said the total… my usual $9 meal was like $11 …

I don’t typically do reviews but I’ve had several bad experiences with this Chipotle. Mobile orders are always prepared Horribly. I’ve had one bowl that was drowned in sour cream, another order that took an additional 30 min past estimated time and a bowl today that has no chicken which of course I paid for. I’ve done on multiple occasions hoping it was better but to no avail.
