We let me say horrible horrible service ordered my things online to pick up was charged extra for guacamole and queso but didn't get any. A few pieces of lettuce, no fajitas veggies o an I counted a whole 8 piece of steak but a crap load of rice an pinto beans.... Paid over 14 dollar for it but have photos of disaster.

I ordered my bowl online and got home (30 minutes away) and realized I received the wrong bowl. I tried calling the restaurant several times and i couldn't get a hold of anyone. I ended up driving back to the restaurant and spoke to the manager. She was very kind and they remade my bowl, but it was just upsetting that 2 hours of my night was wasted because of their mistake.

Did you hire the girls working the front counter around 2:30 pm Sunday February 23rd for their mumbling ability, or was it for their horrible personalities. They give you a disdain look as soon as you approach the counter to order. Their body language tells the customer they do not want to be there. Also, turn the music down if you are going to hire employees that mumble.

Waited 45 minutes for a stale steak bowl because “they didn’t have enough steak” but someone came thru the dine in line and ordered two steak bowls? I placed an online order and was told that the steak was still cooking and then it was “placed on the line” and the online order person wasn’t told? Communication between employees is horrible. A LOT of work to be done. Ridiculous.

Middle aged woman with short black hair was extremely rude. I placed my order for the drive thru on accident and came inside to get it and she talked to me as if I was an idiot and told me I have to go through the drive thru to receive my order. I go out and go in the drive thru like i was told to do and the drive thru worker was plenty nice and helped me, but while waiting for my food she came up to the window and made a rude comment, and also said “you were just inside why are you in the drive thru” as if that is not what she told me to do. extremely rude employee needs help.

Paid $10 for 2 orders of chips and guac on a mobile order. Picked up the order to find out they forgot the chips. Went into the store and they said they were out of chips. Somehow on this green earth they still felt it was fine to charge for something they don’t even have. I rarely waste my time to leave a negative review somewhere but every time we go here (because my daughter requests it) it’s always something left out of the order without telling us. Usually substantial, and yet they still charge for it. I’m pretty sure that’s called stealing. Also, never napkins or utensils. They say they can’t give our money back on the stuff we didn’t get because it’s a mobile order. We will seek other means to.

Intellectual by Choice

Gross! Do not patronize this place. Stopped by, regretfully, to get a burrito bowl. Remembering a previous bad experience, I spoke to the cashier about replacing my order. As it had been a long time since I was there last, I didn’t remember the details. GM came out very intimidating and rude, asking me a myriad of questions, and then saying that’s not how they do things. I think he believed I was being untruthful. I still ordered food and to my horror, it was HORRIBLE! Again. I spoke to customer service and that was a waste of time. There are plenty of locations that are not like this one. This location has a lot of issues. Management primarily. There is a reason they have the rating they do. They are just horrible. I was surprised to see veggies, but they were just opening when I stopped in. Typically, they have NOTHING cooked and ready. Go elsewhere!

If I could make the stars less, I would. We ordered pick up. Waited 21 minutes before getting our food, only to be missing our Mexican sprite. Went back in and asked for it and was handed a 22oz cup, which isn't the same price. My bowl was missing the salsa and my coworkers burrito was entirely wrong on top of our food was cold. Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. Every single person in that store should be fired because every single one is inept and unable to do their job.

Rude Customer service i had a brand new 25$ gift card card that i opened in their face and they proceeded to tell me that it was no money on the card and then proceeded to laugh i ended up paying up paying with my bank card bc money ain’t a problem ova here but still I can’t stand nobody rude and sarcastic. I won’t be back. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! 0/10 DONT RECOMMEND.

Ordered a steak burrito and chicken burrito bowl through door dash and both orders were wrong ingredients, plus it appeared that whoever rolled my burrito had never rolled a burrito before and just rolled up a square which was the size of half of a burrito. Was also chicken inside instead of steak.tjis location was once great..not sure what happened but definitely seems like lack of training or supervision while food is being wrapped up and sent out

I went to chipotle today around 11-12 to order me a bowl and as they were bagging my food I forgot to ask for red salsa, so I asked the cashier lady and she was very rude about giving me what I asked for she proceeded to say “you should’ve ask him when u was ordering, why u didn’t ask him?!” It was very very rude and she doesn’t deserve to be in customer service.!!!
