Cava in Madison is excellent! I am not a big fan of Mediterranean food, but my wife loves Cava. I finally went with her and it was amazing! I liked that I could choose what I wanted to put in it versus a premade meal, and it helps to know that all the ingredients for the most part are healthy, which is important for me as a plant-based eater. where's the lamb on a stick???? 😆 other then that, it was good. wasn't a huge fan of the braised lamb for the bowls. would have rather had grilled lamb slices or at least another lamb style option. the beverage station selection was 10 or of 10! definitely worth a try, if you haven't been yet.
