Never been a huge fan of bogangles, until about 2 months ago. I came to this location and fell inlove. I’ve come at least twice a week since then. The food is ALWAYS fresh no matter the time of the day. The staff is so amazing, their customer service is top tier, and so genuine.Kendall, I absolutely love.Please give him a raise. He is the epitome of quality customer service.
Gave 3 stars wish I could give 2 1/2 because half the time is Bojangles is really good and everything‘s perfect food is amazing. But then the other 50% of the time something messed up I’ve been overcharged before on an order and didn’t even receive the full order. I’ve gotten food that was nowhere close. But when it’s good it’s really good

Bojangles in Madison is one of my favorite places to stop on the way to the airport. They are very friendly and high energy. Which I like because sometimes you go through a drive thru and feel like even the people inside don't want to be there - so why should I? The food is always fresh too, and if you're a Bojangles fan you won't be disappointed. Check them out!
