Tried to use their catering service for a VIP event. Put in the order the day before. 2 hrs before the event it shows they haven’t even started making them. I was on the phone with the manager and the catering provider for an hour trying to get them to make food. Barely was able to get food for 30 people. You’re better off going with a more established company or just not using this location. Very disappointing.
Firehouse makes a decent sub. The meat is always overcooked but not dry, super wet. Like on the verge of falling apart. Sandwiches shouldn't be mushy. Firehouses subs could almost be eaten with a straw. Good flavor but consistency is rough. They have a coke freestyle machine which is a plus for me. Their cookies are likely the worst cookies I've ever had. I got oatmeal raisin cookies and they were crumbly and dry.
