Fast casual-like restaurant with incredible Texas-style BBQ. Man it was good!
So I went for the Tuesday night steak special. It's supposed to be steakhouse quality at an affordable price. The steak was probably the poorest steak I've ever had in my life. I believe it was sirloin but it was not choice quality I believe it was the level below that. It was only about a quarter of an inch thick it was well done, had plenty of grizzle in it. The baked potato, coleslaw and Texas toast were excellent but the steak I would not recommend. I guess the saying goes you should not buy a steak at a BBQ place.
By the way I used to go to ChuckWagon all the time but now I go to Jim and Nick's BBQ. You get more food for less money there and their food is excellent. I've had both the pulled pork and baby back ribs and they are excellent.

Highly recommend this restaurant. Brisket and sausage are great, but, as if it’s possible, the green beans are even better! We have sampled their entire menu and have never been disappointed. Highly consistent, great tasting food.
