We celebrated our daughter’s birthday and the experience was amazing! The ambiance was inviting and the food was delicious! Lindsey and Andrew were wonderful, professional and accommodating! I ordered the shrimp rigatoni dish and had to leave suddenly for work so my husband brought it to me takeout. The pasta was rubbery and small portion for the price. Unacceptable! And I called and left a message with no response.

My family & I came in for my niece's birthday on Saturday night & Lauren was our server. She was very nice & made our experience amazing. What cha waiting for go check her out. We will definitely be back. Oh and the food...delish!!!

On 13 February our church celebrated Valentine’s Day with a dinner at Chuck’s Fish at Cliff’s Farms in Madison, Alabama. Our Server Mr. Kasey was absolutely phenomenal! 🤩 He was very polite, professional, kind, and most courteous in every way! He made our Church Valentine’s ❤️ Dinner 🥘 a very enjoyable dinner experience 🙌!! The food 🥘 was delicious and tantalizing to our taste buds! And the Ambience and the Atmospheric was just perfect!!! Thank you Mr Kasey!

Delicious! The seafood is fresh & brought in daily from Harbor Docks in Destin, FL. We had the Shrimp & Chorizo Rigatoni, the Stuffed Shrimp & Focaccia Bread. The shrimp was stuffed with crab & wrapped with bacon. The bread not being complimentary with the meal is the only complaint.

I really wanted to like Chuck’s, but honestly nothing we had was good. Everything was just mid at best. The flavors felt overdone and unbalanced, like they were trying too hard instead of focusing on quality.

The margarita tasted artificial and not fresh at all — which is pretty disappointing for a place that should at least get that right.

The service was barely one step above flat-out bad. We had already finished, wrapped up, and waited about 20 minutes with no check. We finally had to walk inside and ask a different waiter for our bill just so we could leave.

Overall, a really underwhelming experience from start to finish. We won’t be back.

Needed table for 5. Was told the wait was about 30 minutes. Turned out to be over an hour. Other people kept getting searing ahead of us, even parties larger than ours. Had to ask 3 times to finally get seated. If the wait is an hour say so, then people can make a decision.

We made reservations for a birthday dinner without the kids, and we have not been there before. Host was very nice and we were seated quickly. Our waitress was very nice but the birthday was never acknowledged, which is pretty disappointing when paying so much for your birthday dinner.
Tuna Sushi was good, very fresh and clean. Presentation was not great.
The red snapper catch of the day (bronzed) was bad. The fish was overcooked, and then had a lot of inedible hard spots like when you microwave something too long. The mango salsa was really bland. The vegetables were good, nice seasoning. The rice was nothing special.
Their hot honey pepperoni pizza was pretty good, their honey had a special taste I can’t put my finger on - but we liked it.
Then we didn’t get anything for birthday so it kind of sealed the evening for us. With all the options we have in the area these days, this was a complete disappointment and waste of a special birthday dinner.

Amazing food!🤩 Service was fabulous as well together with very nice ambient! Would recommend 1000% to anyone who enjoys a fantastic meal with their loved ones!👍🏼💪🏽
