45 minutes into my order I had to call and see why they hadn’t even started my pizza. Only to be told she was waiting on drivers. Well it would have been nice to know that I was going to wait however long it took to get my order. If you asked me a few years ago, I'd have recommended the Hughes Road location. Not anymore. I placed an order at 11:30 PM on a day where they were open until 1 AM. My order entered into the prep phase, which is where it stayed for an hour. Of course, during that hour, I was trying to get ahold of the store. If I use the Highway 72 location, I always get a real person on the phone within a moment's notice. The Hughes Road location outsources their calls to call centers now, so...read full review
