It’s been over an hour since I placed an order and it hasn’t arrived yet. I’ve been calling and calling and no one will answer the phone. I want a full refund. This is terrible service.

The service at this location is absolute trash! A 45 minute wait in their lobby after giving them over a hour to prepare my food because it was Halloween and I received two cold pizzas and my sauces missing for my breadsticks!

I wanna know why Matthew thinks it's okay to not knock on my door and put the food on the ground instead of handing the order to me like instructed on the order. I hope that $4 he got treats him well. I will not be ordering from this location again. They can't even answer their phone. Shocker. Couldn't even eat my food I paid for because it was getting cold outside. No knock, no nothing

I ordered on 9/17/25 and my meal was made incorrectly. It was a school night and i had to get my children in bed and couldn’t return to the store for my meal to be remade as I picked it up. I contacted the manager Denise and spoke with her. She apologized and stated they’re working on getting red indicators for the no garlic spread because it’s a frequent issue with the store & my orders as well. My family and I weren’t able to eat the meal I paid for because my order instructions weren’t followed. Denise credited my account with $17 equivalent to the order total (over by 52 cents). 9/24/25 I had a relative pick up a dessert with an extra icing cup totaling 6.48. No one would answer the line so I could alert them of my credits placed by Denise . I informed my relative of all pertinent details to help them locate these credits. The window cashier was reportedly extremely rude, didn’t greet her, reluctantly gave her the extra icing cup that was already ordered and stated there was no record of such credit but said I’ll just give it to you.
This is unacceptable and I still have a remaining credit owed to me of $10.48 after using some of the grand $17 credit. I tried to call several times today and no one will answer at the 437 Hughes rd location in Madison, al 35758

I work everyday and have tried to call to get this resolved. I’ve done an online complaint 2 business days ago that has YET to be responded . Holding on the phone over 15mins just to not be answered for days now! Like no this unacceptable! I’m still owed money and the service clearly needs correction! I’m a prior restaurant manager and this is absolutely unacceptable.

Hopefully someone here sees this and responds.

Imagine getting a pizza that isn't cut. That was me. How do you forget to cut a pizza? It's like, the 2nd most important thing when it comes to pizza. When you're at a hotel, it makes it a little difficult to eat.

If I could give a .5 star I would the service sucked at this place!! I talked to 3 different people who said they were the manager and not a single person would help me they hung up the phone while I was talking then on my last call I spoke to a nice guy named Jared who was awesome and helped me get my order correct and gave me store credit!!! And the manger on tonight was Edward and the girl who hung up on me was Natalie. But Jared if I could rate you I’d give you 5 stars!!

I got a free drink on the app and they wouldn’t give it to me because it didn’t show up on the receipt. I asked if I showed them on the app where I claimed it he said he still couldn’t give it to me.

I'm only giving 1 star because you can't leave a 0. 2 hours it took for me to get my food. I called after an hour and the store told me it would be leaving in 10 mins. I called back 30 mins and I was informed that my order was just picked up and then it took an additional 20 mins before I got my food. This is ridiculous for it to take this long when on the app it said 30 mins. Yall need to fix this and if the problem is staffing there are other means to help fix that issue. Hell Pappa Johns uses Door Dash to help out on deliveries. Whenever someone checks this please don't leave a BS oh I'm sorry this happened call me or email with suggestions on how to you can be better. I would for starters like to know what you are willing to do for my inconvenience because this is unacceptable.

We usually love Dominos, out of the 20+ times we have ordered and gotten delivery through them, only once has it taken a crazy long time. I definitely recommend, especially on a weekend where everything else is usually booked up!

Very secure, staff friendly, got orders on time. The pizza great, but the salad was older , exactly on the expiration date.

Last two times I've been have been terrible. Last time I ordered on app. Said 30-45 minutes. At 45 minutes then told me 20 more minutes. After 25 minutes in the parkinglot I was told 30 more minutes. Ended up canceling. Going back to papa johns.

Ridiculous wait for delivery, quoted 35-45 took almost 2 hours. Pizza's were cold and soggy. Was out for delivery almost 40 minutes after being on quality check for 45 minutes.
