I'm only giving 1 star because you can't leave a 0. 2 hours it took for me to get my food. I called after an hour and the store told me it would be leaving in 10 mins. I called back 30 mins and I was informed that my order was just picked up and then it took an additional 20 mins before I got my food. This is ridiculous for it to take this long when on the app it said 30 mins. Yall need to fix this and if the problem is staffing there are other means to help fix that issue. Hell Pappa Johns uses Door Dash to help out on deliveries. Whenever someone checks this please don't leave a BS oh I'm sorry this happened call me or email with suggestions on how to you can be better. I would for starters like to know what you are willing to do for my inconvenience because this is unacceptable.

We usually love Dominos, out of the 20+ times we have ordered and gotten delivery through them, only once has it taken a crazy long time. I definitely recommend, especially on a weekend where everything else is usually booked up!

Last two times I've been have been terrible. Last time I ordered on app. Said 30-45 minutes. At 45 minutes then told me 20 more minutes. After 25 minutes in the parkinglot I was told 30 more minutes. Ended up canceling. Going back to papa johns.

Had to take several orders back to the store in the past 6 months. This last time the manager very curtly informed me that this is the correct size for a specialty chicken. Well, I won't be ordering it again.
The overall quality of service at this location has been declining steadily.

Would rate 0 stars if that was an option. My mom placed an order to be delivered to me. Waited over an hour for the food then when the delivery driver finally decided to grace me with his presence, he complained about his tip amount to my face when I had planned to tip in cash since my mom placed the order for me, but after that sir, hopefully you have the day you deserve and I definitely have nothing for you :) terrible service and terrible staff 0/10

While the staff was friendly, the estimated pizza ready time in the app was completely inaccurate. It quoted 8-13 minutes, but my pizza hadn't even been started 20 minutes later. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for a single medium pizza.

This is why I don't go to these cheesy places. I ordered online (which I already hate doing) and heard the confirmation for 1 LG pizza. When I heard the prices, I thought that was high, but it's been a minute since I ordered out and price's are up everywhere. So I go pick it up and the guy hands me 2 pizza's, I looked as if that wasn't mine. I told him I only ordered 1 pizza. He looked confused, when I told him I didn't want the other pizza I didn't ordered. He went and talk to some lady working in pizza's but she didn't bother to help. I asked for the manager, and of course it was her. She told me she couldn't help me because she was the only one who could make pizza's (it was atleast 5 people in the lol). Customer service has gone out the window smh She did offer me a coupon but I didn't want to pay for something I didn't order. She went back to work wit not a care. I won't be visiting this place again.
