every time i do a mobile order they don’t make it until you go up to the counter and tell them your name. waited at the counter one morning for 5 minutes while employees were just standing around having there own conversation. not to mention it takes FOREVER for them to make your order. Do not recommend this location

I routinely stop at this Dunkin’ location every morning before heading to my office, and I am usually greeted well upon arrival. This morning, I ordered my usual: a large hot coffee with hazelnut, six sugars, and three creams. After returning to my office and taking a sip, it was clear that the coffee was missing the hazelnut and sugar. Unfortunately, the coffee was horrendous!!!
I returned to the store to have the order corrected. I was assisted by a young woman at the counter who was not particularly pleasant or welcoming. While her demeanor was not overtly rude, I would expect a more courteous and friendly approach from someone working in customer service. I explained that my coffee was made incorrectly. She took the cup, remade the order, and returned it to me without offering an apology or any acknowledgment of the inconvenience.
Before leaving, I tasted the coffee again and found that it was still not made correctly. Rather than escalate the situation, I chose to leave without further discussion.
This experience was disappointing, especially given that I am a regular customer at this location. Moving forward, I will be more cautious about ordering here based on the staff working at the time.

4 employees, definitely the B or C team. Everyone was slowly moving to take care of the drive thru which had 5 vehicles. The drive thru cashier took my order, but it wasn’t filled until after they took care of all 5 drive thru customers. I said more than once to the cashier I wanted a mixed dozen. She apparently told the girl who would fill my order to do a dozen glazed. This caused another delay, as I gave my mixed dozen order to the girl who was filling my order. I needed to ask what flavor was in the jelly filled. Her reply was “I don’t know, I don’t eat those.”
The overall experience deserves a 0 star rating.
I don’t know how they keep the doors open, but I will not be a return customer.

I am a Dunkin girl more than any other place, which is why I kept coming back, but honestly after years of awful experiences I believe I am done. I have figured that it all comes down to poor training, they don’t even act like they try to get it right. I asked an employee why my coffee is so extremely different each time, and she said each person makes it differently. You need to have a standard “recipe” of what goes in each drink. Today, for instance, I ordered an iced macchiato, and the girl handed me just a flavored, mixed milk without espresso and didn’t even know what a macchiato was. I had to go home and put espresso in it myself. The other day I ordered an oat milk macchiato and watched her poor regular milk in it. When I told her I needed oat milk she slammed it down and huffed off. Just do your job. One time a girl with bloody, open scratches on the back of her hand gave me two cups, saying the espresso wouldn’t fit so she put the milk in one cup to the brim and the espresso in another. What am I supposed to with that? These kinds of things have been going on for a long time and have not been fixed, and I don’t run into these problems at any other coffee shops. Please get new management and better employee training so Madison can enjoy Dunkin again. For now, I am done, because I have wasted too much money here on bad coffee that should have been fine.

Not the Dunkin I grew up with. No donuts available on a Saturday afternoon. Anyone recommend a real donut shop to get donuts in the afternoon in Madison, Alabama?

waited over 20 minutes for food. we were the only people in the place. workers forgot we even ordered. Had to go up to the front desk to remind them of our order. Do not go.

Waited thirty minutes after ordering. Only people here.They hadn’t even started any of our orders; we had to remind them, then gave us the wrong drinks. Workers standing around not doing anything, acting confused when we ordered simple drinks straight off the menu. Never had this kind of experience at a Dunkin before. Do not recommend this location.
