The floor in the dining room was sticky. Not to mention a health score of 87. The two employees who were working didn't even know I was there. They shouted their greeting when they heard the door chime, but that was quickly forgotten. I was the only person at the front counter and waited about 7 minutes to even be acknowledged. They were focused on making 2 drinks for the 2 cars in the drive thru.
I would say while this Dunkin is clean, the employees are nice, they run out of their food options quite a bit and seem short staffed. I have even experienced running out donuts before.
Ellie and Caleb were the best this morning, I was in a huge rush and had a complicated order. they helped me out a ton. 10/10
Employees are so rude !!
Ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese bagel, the bagel was (i kid you not) rock hard. Took a good 10 seconds to bite all the way through. Everything else was cold. Iced caramel latte was given with what seemed no actual coffee in it, then when asked to remake it, was given attitude and a drive through door slammed in my face with a "fine." This place needs some work.

Never a good experience here. Today I ordered a medium iced mocha at the drive thru. I was then asked what size and if I wanted it iced. The coffee I received wasn’t sweetened, I didn’t receive a straw, and my one iced donut was upside down in the bag. At least they got the medium and iced part right.

I'm tired of giving this place chance after chance to just give a halfway edible breakfast.
Time after time, my coffee isn't right. It's a basic coffee with default cream and sugar, how is it different every time?
I shouldn't be getting wake up wraps with one side still ice cold. Terrible quality.

Black hashbrowns. Showed the cashier and they said that’s normal 😂 so avoid this place for food. Even the workers know it’s a joke there I guess lol

I just tried to order food. The first item they said they were out of. The second item she told me she can’t make any food because they have too many orders. Is it not the idea of a business to build sales and make money. So you’re turning down orders because it’s lunch time and you happen to be busy. Weird…

Food is pretty standard. Service was terrible, started in the drive thru after a mobile order pickup. Ended up in the store and still waiting another 10mins while the employees looked scatter brained and not helpful at all. This is the second Dunkin in 5mil radius with the same level of customer service, management on-site no less! Seem like anyone can get a franchise and hire anyone these days. No pride in their work at all. Disappointing! Not expecting the Dinsey World experience but a smile, organized, timely service shouldn't be too much ask.

I would give it a zero if I could. The person taking orders AND the one in the window were both very unprofessional. The order taker had no idea what was going on. Kept repeating the wrong items back to us. They were out of many items which I understand but he was not being clear about it. There was much confusion about our drinks at the window. My sandwich was missing its cheese. Overall, I’m not impressed.
