waited over 20 minutes for food. we were the only people in the place. workers forgot we even ordered. Had to go up to the front desk to remind them of our order. Do not go.

Waited thirty minutes after ordering. Only people here.They hadn’t even started any of our orders; we had to remind them, then gave us the wrong drinks. Workers standing around not doing anything, acting confused when we ordered simple drinks straight off the menu. Never had this kind of experience at a Dunkin before. Do not recommend this location.

I have left a comment on this Dunkin a week ago now I can no longer find it which I knew was going to happen because I called out how bad and how terrible of a manger Kira is. I went into Dunkin recently and had placed a mobile order and Kira gave me the most attitude and could tell she truly doesn’t like her job. I don’t understand why she was even hired she is a terrible choice for a manager. PLEASE GET RID OF HER ASAP

From time to time they get good people with great service but right now isn’t one of them. In my last few visits they are out of products, and have served what seems like stale day old bagels. All at a time when their prices have risen and perks from points have been cut back. Today I’m the only one in line and wait ten minutes to be served. Donut choice has to be altered because they’re out. Then after a few more minutes I’m told they’re out of croissants which is the main thing I went there for. I was rudely refunded by the manager. Franchise owner needs to start over with an entire new crew or start being fined by Dunkin.

I came and ordered via app on July 24th turkey sausage egg and cheese and one shaken espresso. They ran out of shaken espresso so they gave me an iced coffee instead even thought shaken espresso was more expensive. Then i realized they gave me an entirely different order. Went inside to get the correct order with 3 other customers with same issue. Waited 15 mins and ended leaving bc of the chaos. I talked to a manager a month later about the incident and said they will mail me a gift card of the messed up order but they didn’t. Really poor service and management .

The floor in the dining room was sticky. Not to mention a health score of 87. The two employees who were working didn't even know I was there. They shouted their greeting when they heard the door chime, but that was quickly forgotten. I was the only person at the front counter and waited about 7 minutes to even be acknowledged. They were focused on making 2 drinks for the 2 cars in the drive thru.

I would say while this Dunkin is clean, the employees are nice, they run out of their food options quite a bit and seem short staffed. I have even experienced running out donuts before.

Ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese bagel, the bagel was (i kid you not) rock hard. Took a good 10 seconds to bite all the way through. Everything else was cold. Iced caramel latte was given with what seemed no actual coffee in it, then when asked to remake it, was given attitude and a drive through door slammed in my face with a "fine." This place needs some work.

Never a good experience here. Today I ordered a medium iced mocha at the drive thru. I was then asked what size and if I wanted it iced. The coffee I received wasn’t sweetened, I didn’t receive a straw, and my one iced donut was upside down in the bag. At least they got the medium and iced part right.

I'm tired of giving this place chance after chance to just give a halfway edible breakfast.
Time after time, my coffee isn't right. It's a basic coffee with default cream and sugar, how is it different every time?
I shouldn't be getting wake up wraps with one side still ice cold. Terrible quality.

Black hashbrowns. Showed the cashier and they said that’s normal 😂 so avoid this place for food. Even the workers know it’s a joke there I guess lol
