Food was really good. Service was kind of slow and they forgot the pickles when I asked for extra. All things that are subjective to individual experiences. Overall atmosphere was ok.

Ari, Matt, and Josh did a fantastic job. I got the BBQ Cuban and it was made extremely well! The portions were great and even to where you got everything in every bite! I would recommend this location especially if they are working!

The manager Matt is incredible, he truly has made such a difference in the Madison location, I have loved firehouse for years but the previous management and staff at this location ruined it completely for me from their bad attitudes to the way the subs tasted. Since Matt has been there my family started going back to firehouse because of how much things have changed for the better, the quality of food and service is exceptional. We’re so happy Matt is there and we’re so thankful...
