Absolutely love this Five Guys location in Town Madison! The staff is super friendly and the service is always quick. The burgers are cooked fresh to order and come out juicy and flavorful every time. Fries are hot, crispy, and generously portioned—definitely a must if you're a fan of that real potato taste. The place is clean and well-kept, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. If you're in the area and craving a great burger, this is the spot!
Lacey at Five Guys is amazing! Because of gluten sensitivity I have a special order & Lacie never misses a beat. In fact she remembers my order & deliverers 5 ⭐️ service in the process.

Normally big fan of Five Guys, but it was an absolute miss this visit. Fries were amazing, but the burger was something that a backyard burger would have been ashamed of. No flavor, almost stale tasting.
