Chicken Salad Chick is a treasure, and you're gonna have to work REALLY hard to convince me otherwise. Their food is fresh and delicious, their serving sizes are generous, and their service is constantly delightful. These gals set a high bar for themselves, and constantly meet their challenge. The whole menu is solid, and several choices are superstars (the seasonal Maui Mama Melt is an excellent example. I have been several times and always leave happy and full!
