I've been to Five Guys all over the U S and I have traveled abroad for 30 years and tried to understand the universal language barriers but today the guy had zero clue what I was saying....so, I ended up with a crap order. I speak 3 languages proficient but won't accept someone not understanding me in my hometown and paying for it!!!!!!!
The hot dog was to salty to eat and of course, my burger 🍔 order was wrong!

The Clift Farm location always provides tasty food and great service. Yet each time we go, the portion of Fries gets smaller. A large fry here leaves no leftovers. Other locations a medium leaves some leftover.

Update. After 2 weeks their fries are back to normal sizes.

The employees taking orders could be more approachable and actually smile vs looking at each guests as if they are an inconvenience. The very first impression of this establishment is that it's a miserable place to be due to the lack of personality at the register. They don't verify orders and act like you're the idiot who can't read a menu when some people may have never been here before. Don't ask for sauces outside of ketchup they act like you messed...
