Tasteless meat. Greasy patty melt. The fries were hot, I like thin shoestring fries normally, these were not even salted.
Love this place . Great burgers and shoe string fries were awesome.

I love this place but hate having to wait in line to pick up an order I placed on the app! If you insist on holding my order behind the counter and making me wait in a line I'm trying to avoid, then take the mobile order rack out. The past 3 orders were held behind the counter. And the first order had been ready 20 minutes before I figured out where it was at. Smh

Got food for family, when I went to get my order it was all wrong and my child was allergic to cheese which I told the cashier this and she looked at me like I was crazy . I am absolutely disgusting and appalled by the employee and they wouldn't even fix it

We like it, but hit or miss. We keto, love the lettuce wrap option, but every time the burgers are different. Good wraps, bad wraps, lettuce on top only...still ok in a pinch.

Freddy's is definitely a go to.
This location has the friendliest staff members. They always seems to be happy, and in my experience, they go the extra mile to make sure your a satisfied customer. If anything was wrong with your order, let them know and they will make it right. That is what makes good customer service.

We've been wanting to go here for about four years and finally pulled the trigger. We waited in the drive through about 30 minutes. Apparently, the cash register wasn't working for a bit. Stuff happens, but the food had been sitting there during the wait. It was cold to the point the fries were inedible. I could overlook the wait but at least give me some warm food. I don't think I'll be going back.
