Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Grandson and I used the drive thru we both got the spicy chicken sandwich which was good. The fries were too thin and got cold quickly.

Loved trying the Steakburger Bowl with Unsweet Tea & Regular Dr. Pepper Frosty for my taste of my experience & it was all good & my brother tried his meal & Treat & it was all good too & it's our first time to dine in Madison, AL location (Huntsville).

I usually love Freddy’s, but we came at 9:15, well before they close, and they had all the chairs already stacked on the tables. That is just a bad look in my opinion. If you’re open until 10, your restaurant should be completely open until 10. Also some of the booths had flickering bulbs and two of them had bulbs that were out. Also, I ordered two of the steakburger tacos, which were super good, except for I said no lettuce and there was lettuce on them. It wasn’t on the receipt so it was the cashier‘s fault and not the kitchen’s fault. I would definitely get them again, but without lettuce. These simple fixes would earn a 5 star review from me!

Very good burgers and frozen yogurt... especially liked the turtle one went thru the drive thru. Wait time was not very long I was there at a extremely busy time

You people really need to be filling the containers with cheese curds! The container being less than half full is unacceptable

D'asia helped us today and she was wonderful! Her custom service went above what i expected. Even the guy that handed me our food was friendly even asked if we needed any extra sauce. Overall just welcoming and didnt see to hate their job like most people now days! Thank you freddys!

Do not buy the prime rib sandwich is extremely salty the manager refused to replace my sandwich after I spent $15 on this meal. You can't even eat it because it's so salty if even a little manager said it was saltedness of the seasoning they use they would not replace my burger for a regular burger all I wanted to do was eat that I spent $15 on that I can eat and consume without it being salty or giving me a heart attack. I never heard of any restaurant that could not fix the issue by replacing the meal. He did offer me a number one meal with no seasoning on it and a 25% discount basically I would have to pay for another meal and spend more money so the issue is unresolved will not be returning to this place I do not recommend

This is my second time going to Freddy’s.
Both times food was cold and the cheeseburger I ordered had pickle slices and onions was terrible I threw it away. Keep in mind I live 5 minutes away so lets you know the food is not fresh. I will not go back.
