I’ve been waiting for my food from the mobile app for about 20 minutes now. I’ve said something but it got dismissed. The cashier looks clueless and the workers in the back are moving so slow. Got my food only for the fries and sandwich to be cold..

This time around things within the restaurant needed some attention. First thing I noticed walking in was the number of employees just standing around talking, not working. Secondly, as I scanned for a clean table, none of them had been wiped down. Before my husband and I could sit, I had to wipe our table down to remove food, grease and water stains. Thirdly, the trash bins were full to over flowing and had not been emptied, and they needed to be cleared of food and wiped down as well. And the floors could have used a good sweeping and mopping. In between crowds and on-going, someone should be in charge of keeping up the cleanliness inside the restaurant. And there was a sign on the door saying 'help wanted', yet the employees there we not being utilized optimally.

This is one of the greatest places to eat out at they're wait time is hardly little to none and once you get your food or you order your food it's out within less than 5 minutes the staff is very friendly I work at the firehouse sub in this plaza and I come here at least once a week to get my favorite the jalapeno burger and it's awesome I would recommend this place

Got a double Cheeseburger combo with a Dr. Pepper Frost. The burger was fine, but the fries were just thrown in the bag sideways and half-assed, so were all in the sack. The Froet was nothing but vanilla soft-serve ice cream, not a drink at all, and no Dr. Pepper flavor. The gal working the window was too busy flirting with some guy out of line of sight and was just rude as a cashier. Sat. at noon, so maybe no manager managing?

Scott and I quite often end our Friday date night at Freddy's. Prices are reasonable and the staff is always friendly. Love the bright red interior.

I really enjoy their food. Lettuce wrapped burgers, shoe string French fries and great deserts. Plus military discounts. Go on Mondays for military Mondays bigger discounts.

Second time visiting, and the service was about the same. Not being familiar with the food I asked about a particular sandwich. In which the order taker seemed she wasn't interested in being overly helpful which led me to only ask about one item. She didn't try to up sell anything or recommend anything. She just wanted me to hurry and order. The taste of the food was good, I just wish I had known about what all was on the burger I got so I could have omitted the mushrooms.
