This location has the friendliest staff members. They always seems to be happy, and in my experience, they go the extra mile to make sure your a satisfied customer. If anything was wrong with your order, let them know and they will make it right. That is what makes good customer service.

This was our first time at this Freddy's location and we were blown away with the standards that were kept at this shop. From the start it was busy, yet very clean. Samuel was a great cashier with fantastic personality that I commend. Finally the food was great and I reccomend you give Freddy's a shot if you haven't already!

Even though this restaurant is on the other side of the city, it is well worth the 35 minute drive. Redstone Arsenal should have one on base...the food was delicious and well packaged. Customer service is very helpful,we will definitely return.
