It's an awesome place. Lots of things for sale. Lots of room for games. Good food, drinks, and ect. The painters are great. The employees are kind.

Honestly one of the best hobby shops in Huntsville. The owner, Wes, is there almost every time I visit and he seems to absolutely love his job and just being in the shop. All the staff are great and seem to recognize repeat customers. It feels less like a shop and more like a community of nerds that happens to sell nerd supplies. The Cafe is great, too. While I would say it's a little pricier than I'd like to pay, you aren't getting the usual microwaved pizza I've seen other combo hobby shops/cafes use. All the food is fresh and I've only heard praise of it. They're also very welcoming! I'm an openly trans woman and I've never once been misgendered and given a weird look by staff. 10/10 shop. Best lgs I could ask for.

Incredible store -- easily the best shop I've visited in Alabama! Loads of space for gaming, high quality inventory, and extremely kind staff. What more could you ask for in a gaming store? Can't wait to stop back in.

Seriously, great environment, very cool themed rooms for your games, plus solid food options. Lots of events, with mini painting evenings, MtG play, Adventurers League DnD, mini battles (Warhammer, etc).

Absolutely terrific experience. Very knowledgeable staff. Very accommodating. Great selection. CLEAN. The owner even took time out of his day to give me a tour of the private, themed game rooms! Then spent 15 minutes answering my questions and guiding me through the figure painting process. Will definitely be back. This place is so cool!

Great game/hobby place. More than a shop. The game rooms are very cool. The snack bar has a menu that is both fun and delicious. Paint Parties are my favorite thing here. I love to pick up a miniature, paint it however I like, grab something tasty while it dries in between paint layers, and socialize with friends, maybe even make some new friends.

I found some really cool people here! Everyone is very friendly and is understanding if you are new to games. The service of the staff is very good and they are extremely friendly. The food is good and the environment of the establishment is extremely wonderful.

My wife and I have traveled all around the country for work and in that time, I have visited MANY local game shops and the like. I can say without a doubt that this is the best game store I have ever been to. From the knowledgeable and friendly staff to the great food and amazing themed playrooms and gaming tables. This is THE play table top wargaming and collectible trading card game. Also Brian is an awesome magic the gathering organizer and community manager.

Rented the “Captain’s Quarters” for a DND session. The decor of the room was spectacular, and the food and service was top notch!

Great tables, great staff, a weirdly delicious pizza with cauliflower crust, and excellent model choices.

Love high ground! Their tournaments are run very well, and they have everything that I need for my favorite hobby. I cannot recommend them enough!

Went up there for a tournament for the first time a couple of weeks ago and was absolutely blown away. We showed up a little early and were given an a tour of the place, there was plenty of space for gaming, shelves fully stocked with all sorts of gaming accessories, we ordered lunch while we were there and it was great, the staff was incredibly friendly. This is hands down the best gaming store Inhave ever been to.
