Chai Samosa is THE hidden culinary gem in Madison. It's consistently the BEST Indian food of all the options out there. Seriously, if this place wasn't sort of hidden away it would be outrageously popular (I'm kinda glad it's not!).
They serve the BEST biryani I've ever had at totally reasonable prices and abundant portions.

Exactly what you want, no nonsense, no fluff just great dishes, heading there again this weekend
Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed. Food was delicious, fresh, and hot. Everything we ordered was great. Very friendly staff, took time to answer questions and make suggestions. Looking forward to going back.
