I don't even consider myself picky. I literally grew up in a trailer. That being said... DO NOT SERVE OLD FOOD! Like be honest- HOW OLD is this food?! 😭😭😭 The other Jack's in Huntsville serves old food as well. Nobody was in line, once again. I can see why. I love Jack's so it's annoying that all the locations in Huntsville are so bad. I mean this chicken was so dried out and overcooked and hard and brick I wonder if it's been days. My Publix leftover fried chicken that I heat up 3 days later on the air fryer genuinely tastes 42 times better than this. They didn't even have ranch 😭 the fries were old too. I couldn't even touch the biscuit once I picked it up it felt like it had sat on a gas station coca cola machine for 8 years. Alright- I'm done trying.

Decided to try Jack’s for the first time since moving here. I ordered online and it was ready by the time I got there (good), the issue is the fries and coleslaw I ordered were not present (bad). I’m not even going to cry over 5 dollars or go raise hell as opposed to just leaving a poorer review. Good food, restaurant is clean enough for fast food, staff is lukewarm but not rude, but check any order you take out as it’s obvious they don’t even look at what’s supposed to be in the bag for your order. Eating in is fine because you can complain if they forgot a thing, if to go be very cautious.

Came to this jacks , I ordered only a milkshake and was told to pull up to the side and they will bring it out to me . Meanwhile they never had any customers on the inside or in the drive-through. After 20 minutes of waiting , I decided to enter the store , wondering about the long wait . When I entered the store, I noticed one associate sitting down on his phone vaping(smoking) at the eating area .I noticed also seem to be a manager in the back office sitting down as well and quickly got up when he noticed that I had arrived. Leaving only one associate in the kitchen that I actually saw working .

For the last 3 times I've the last month I've visited Jacks the milkshake machine has been out of service. In my opinion the shakes are the best but there's a problem somewhere that needs to be corrected. The response ive gotten all 3 times is, "Were not doing shakes right now". Food is great, atmosphere is great but it amazes me that they refuse to fix the shake machine

Rude employees. Out if food. Placed an order on the app I show up they don't have any pies made. Tell me I can wait 10 minutes. I ask for a refund. The employee catches an attitude saying she doesn't know how to process a refund. I FINALLY get my chicken and they're out of honey mustard. Mediocre at best. Won't be back to this location

The wait time for Drive thru wasn't bad but workers were rude. Instead of just saying we're out of hash browns they were rude and surly about it. I get it, the other five cars waiting for orders may have been rude or mean but I wasn't and shouldn't have been treated that way. I won't be back.
