For the last 3 times I've the last month I've visited Jacks the milkshake machine has been out of service. In my opinion the shakes are the best but there's a problem somewhere that needs to be corrected. The response ive gotten all 3 times is, "Were not doing shakes right now". Food is great, atmosphere is great but it amazes me that they refuse to fix the shake machine

Rude employees. Out if food. Placed an order on the app I show up they don't have any pies made. Tell me I can wait 10 minutes. I ask for a refund. The employee catches an attitude saying she doesn't know how to process a refund. I FINALLY get my chicken and they're out of honey mustard. Mediocre at best. Won't be back to this location

The wait time for Drive thru wasn't bad but workers were rude. Instead of just saying we're out of hash browns they were rude and surly about it. I get it, the other five cars waiting for orders may have been rude or mean but I wasn't and shouldn't have been treated that way. I won't be back.

We usually go on Saturday and Sunday mornings and the girls that are there are so sweet and welcoming! They definitely make us want to come back! Our weekend breakfast will always be at this Jacks!

Took my money but had me sit outside the restaurant for 7 minutes before I went into the restaurant asking about it was a boy telling me there was 4 people ahead of me but I saw no people inside and then he itched his nose, I asked the boy if he was going to wash his hands he asked if I wanted the food or not I explained he needed to wash his hand after he touched his nose since he is handling other people food! I ordered a number 1 with a vanilla shake that this was not for me but a person who is bedridden so! Needless to say I will never go to this Jacks in Madison! Drive thru again since now I know they are nasty people who don’t care about customer service and safety of food that works there!
I visited the store after lunch omw home from my doctors.The service was fine however there was no hand sanitizer in the dispenser on the wall near the entrance.I was served my hamburger and it was cold ? I ate the food because I hadn't eaten yet that day.I was very hungry and so disappointed.I truly doubt ever going to the store again.

No one has time for people who whisper and then get an attitude b/c they miss their phone. Jack's, I get hiring is not the fun. May I get a robot in the drive-thru at all locations?
