Decided to try Jack’s for the first time since moving here. I ordered online and it was ready by the time I got there (good), the issue is the fries and coleslaw I ordered were not present (bad). I’m not even going to cry over 5 dollars or go raise hell as opposed to just leaving a poorer review. Good food, restaurant is clean enough for fast food, staff is lukewarm but not rude, but check any order you take out as it’s obvious they don’t even look at what’s supposed...

I rarely have good experiences at fast food places especially with the employees. But the young lady tonight was amaz. So friendly. Would definitely come back. Give this girl a raise

We usually go on Saturday and Sunday mornings and the girls that are there are so sweet and welcoming! They definitely make us want to come back! Our weekend breakfast will always be at this Jacks!
