This is the best sub sandwich u can get people I know they don't have as much bread choices like there competitor but it's taste is spot on. Got a chicken bacon ranch and was cooked fresh to order smelled delicious and tasted even better... I will definitely be coming back here for another sandwich.

I ordered 2 subs. A regular Italian and regular cheesesteak. They told me it may be a little longer because they were training someone. No problem. When they called my name there was only one sub made.. But I paid for both. What happened. Listening is the most important part of communication. The food is great tho, just need to increase those customer service skills.

My wife gave a glowing review - and I wrote a corporate an email touting their service. Today was totally different. I’ve eating here three times in the last week or so and for some reason today they gave me less portion. I literally order the same thing every time. I asked for more meat and they had the nerve to charge me extra. You gave me too little to begin with. You can’t steal from people and expect customers to be okay with it.

Good sandwiches and the best attitude and service I’ve seen in awhile. Staff were friendly, talkative and helpful. They talk to you, not at you. Their supply truck didn’t bring all their supplies. But they rolled with it and worked hard to compensate. I will 1000% be going back again!

Kid-friendliness: They make a point of speaking directly to the child about what the child wants, rather than talking literally over their heads.

Placed order via app. All online orders on the stand had receipts facing the prep line. Waited a few minutes waiting to be acknowledged by staff to ask for my order. I started turning the orders around and seemed to shock the staff. BTW its not like everyone was actively busy, there was a staff member just observing the person running the register.
