My wife gave a glowing review - and I wrote a corporate an email touting their service. Today was totally different. I’ve eating here three times in the last week or so and for some reason today they gave me less portion. I literally order the same thing every time. I asked for more meat and they had the nerve to charge me extra. You gave me too little to begin with. You can’t steal from people and expect customers to be okay with it.

I have only been once to this location but can tell you that the folks there were very nice and handled the after church rush crowd very well. Will definitely be back and love having one in the Madison / Monrovia area.

Good sandwiches and the best attitude and service I’ve seen in awhile. Staff were friendly, talkative and helpful. They talk to you, not at you. Their supply truck didn’t bring all their supplies. But they rolled with it and worked hard to compensate. I will 1000% be going back again!

Placed order via app. All online orders on the stand had receipts facing the prep line. Waited a few minutes waiting to be acknowledged by staff to ask for my order. I started turning the orders around and seemed to shock the staff. BTW its not like everyone was actively busy, there was a staff member just observing the person running the register.

Placed my order online and when I got there to pick it up I waited and waited was finally asked if I had ordered told them yes and someone had put my order in a bag and sat it over to the side without putting it on the online pick up rack. Very disappointed in that. I watched the guy put a sandwich in the bag sitting there and he walked away I had no idea it was my order. He never put it on the online pick up rack.

New location. Same great sandwich's. I know this crew is stressed because it was super packed and busy today. They held it down, kept cool and were still friendly. Highly suggest you give JMs a try if you're a sandwich person. Definitely go Mikes way and try that relish! The Phillys are very good too, love that chipotle Philly!
