Listen here! I’ve been going to Jersey Mikes for YEARS - I’ve had good experiences and I’ve had not so good customer service. Today (Sept. 18th 2025 at 11:30am) was my first visit at this specific location and I have to say everything was above and beyond excellent.

I went in there was no one up front I called out for over 5 minutes and finally two guys came out from around the corner. Neither was friendly. They didn’t ask what bread I wanted or what cheese I wanted. The add on topping was limited. Put way too much mayonnaise on.

I received excellent customer service here today from every single person on the staff and I watch them give great customer service to the other people that were in line as well. Impressive also my food was amazing. I’ve been here four times in the last two weeks and I’ll continue to come back.
