Long wait time for deliveries

During a recent visit to Huntsville, Alabama, I stopped by the KFC on Highway 72 after noticing their outdoor sign advertising a buffet. Before going in, I called the store to confirm the buffet hours. After about seven rings, someone answered. When I asked about the buffet, they said they don’t have one. I pointed out that it’s advertised outside, but instead of clarifying, the employee abruptly hung up when I asked for the manager’s name.
Roughly 20 minutes later, I went inside to verify in person. There were several customers waiting and no one greeting or assisting anyone. After waiting about 12 minutes, I asked one of the employees if the manager was available—they didn’t even seem to know who the manager was. I then identified a woman in a different colored shirt who confirmed she was the manager, “Stephanie.” When I explained the situation and the hang-up call, she immediately became defensive, denied anyone had called, and walked away mid-conversation, leaving me and others standing there without answers.
This level of unprofessionalism from both management and staff is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the brand. I will be contacting KFC corporate to report this incident

Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes in a line of cars that couldn't even get their order taken. Inside looked empty. I left and will not be back.

I came to pick up an order for delivery. I waited 25 damn minutes for the food. Pickup up time was 3:55pm. I got there at 3:50. I was not acknowledged until 10 minutes later. It took another 5-10 minutes before they even started making the order. Makes no sense when I am sure the order was received before I even arrived at the store!!! DO BETTER!!!!

The whole atmosphere service and workers were beyond amazing! Best coleslaw I've ever put in my mouth! My boyfriend really talked them up and they delivered! Best kfc in the state!

The chicken tenders are good, but they forgot my mash potatoes, and left out my sauce and their sweet tea tastes like it has been sitting there all day.
Posted once already or so I thought. Food was okay. Service was okay. Did not receive my full order.

Every now and then I have to have some KFC. This is where I get my fix haha. Good service here. The drive through can be sketchy if you have a british accent just saying.

It's KFC. The chicken is good. The service is mostly neglectful and on my most recent visit they rounded my bill to the nearest dollar amount to give the change to their charity foundation without asking if I was OK with it. Drive through orders tend to come out slowly and I almost always have to pull forward and wait for 5-10 minutes for them to bring me my order.
