Every now and then I have to have some KFC. This is where I get my fix haha. Good service here. The drive through can be sketchy if you have a british accent just saying.

It's KFC. The chicken is good. The service is mostly neglectful and on my most recent visit they rounded my bill to the nearest dollar amount to give the change to their charity foundation without asking if I was OK with it. Drive through orders tend to come out slowly and I almost always have to pull forward and wait for 5-10 minutes for them to bring me my order.

Iv been eating at KFC 40 years I just went to KFC and got great service. Great job fixing that store 1 year ago it had bad people. But you fixed the problem. I`ll be eating there again

KFC on Hwy 72W in Madison, AL, provided a clean and cozy dining experience tonight. The lobby and seating area were well-maintained and inviting. 🪑✨ The staff were polite, friendly, and did a great job wearing gloves properly when handling food, which is always appreciated. 🙌🍟
However, the restrooms 🚻 need a bit of a modern upgrade. While they were clean 🧼, the setup is outdated—you have to touch door handles, the commode handle 🚪🚽, and unfortunately, there’s no hand sanitizer available. 😕🧴 It’s something to be mindful of to ensure your hands are squeaky clean before heading back to your meal.
The service was a bit on the slow side tonight 🕒, but the employees’ kindness and professionalism made up for it. 😊 If you’re not in a hurry and looking for a well-kept spot for your fried chicken fix 🍗, this KFC is worth a visit. Just be sure to wash your hands thoroughly and bring your own hand sanitizer for peace of mind! ✋🧼

Let me tell you.. I ordered 2 boxes, 3.pieces paid over $30 because I got drinks and desert. After I drove off I looked in the bag. There were no deserts, condiments or cutlery. I called about it and asked for a manager to resolve the situation. When she got on I tried to explain and she started yelling at me accusing me of being disrespectful. Then she hung up on me. I was returning to get a refund and then I realized I had not been given a receipt.I dropped it but I certainly won't be back and I hope the owner addresses his very real issue of customer service and hospitality.
