I was on my way to KFC the other day. No one at the greeted me when I walked in. There was no communication going on. I had waited for five minutes or so and I still was not served. I was COMPLETELY ignored. I’m not going back.

This location was so rude. We had a mix up in locations. I called the location the order went to 1690 US 72 and explained what happened. She was so. nice and said she would call the right location. ( Hwy 72 Madison ). I had someone picking up the order. My person picking up the food was yelled at and laughed at. She proceeded to drive off. I called hwy 72 location and the phone just rang and rang. Ultimately it was my fault for sending it to the wrong location but the rudeness of the store was ridiculous.

I’ve been here twice, never coming back. The first time service was super slow, it took forever to get my order, but at least the food was kind of fresh. Today, I wanted to try the “twister.” So I place an online order…. Was told through the app it was ready…. Stood there for almost 10 minutes, when I saw my order at the table behind the pickup stand… ready… people passed multiple times. No one stooped to help. There was even a lady waiting for a cashier, even longer than I was waiting. They knew we were both there, she had asked them a question about the chicken…. Yet still didn’t come over to help. I had to go through the drive through just to get my pick up order. Mostly everyone there has an unpleasant demeanor. No friendly customer service voices or manners. I had to send food back because it was horrendous. I didn’t think to check the wrap… how could they mess that up so badly too?

SELF XPLANATORY

CHAD WILLIAMS DESERVES A MANAGER POSITION. I WATCHED HIM SINGLE HANDEDLY RUN THE WHOLE RESTAURANT. AS MANY WORKERS WERE IN THERE, WHO ALL WERE IN SUPER SLOW MOTION, WITH NO PEP IN THEIR STEP EXCEPT CHAD. I HIGHLY HIGHLY COMMEND CHAD FOR HIS OUTSTANDING WORK. THANK YOU CHAD. I WILL PERSONALLY CALL YOUR MANAGER TO TELL THEM ABOUT HOW AMAZING YOU ARE. I WISH SO SO MUCH IF COMPANIES WOULD PAY EMPLOYEES LIKE CHAD WELL OVER WHAT THEY ARE CURRENTLY MAKING BECAUSE CHAD DESERVES IT! 10 STAR EMPLOYEE. Ordered online, when I arrived to pick up my food they had given it to someone else. There ain't anyone working the front counter, and when I finally got someone's attention and asked to speak to the manager, the manager never came out, I ended up having to wait another 30 minutes for my food. I'm not coming back here again and I don't advise anyone else to eat here either as long as this is the quality of service that can be expected

Absolutely ridiculous to order on line for a set time and to show up you find out it was not made and they just started to cook your food. Then told you have to wait 17 minutes just to get an order you asked for at a specific time. People work and do things for a hot quick meal when they can't do it at home.Absolutely insane to offer online ordering if you are not in fact fixing the orders to be ready for pick up when requested.

I ordered online to pickup in store. Had one of the family meals with Fried Chicken and 12 piece of nuggets. I get home and no 12 piece nuggets. My 7 year old was not happy.
