I saw a coworker order Moe's, and she let me taste some of her burrito, and it was delicious. I decided to stop by for dinner and order the Edgy Veggie Burrito. I like the fact that Moe's has a variety of toppings, including Queso, Corn, Black Beans, and sautéed onions and green peppers. This is definitely helping me on my vegetarian journey. The staff was very friendly and my veggie burrito was not expensive. I ate in the restaurant and it was a relaxing atmosphere and I stopped by around dinner time. My burrito was so yummy. I had to take a bite before snapping a picture. Lol! ? Oh, don't forget to try the different salas. They have mild to spicy. Come check it out!Vegetarian options: I love that Moe's offers tofu as a meat option for those who don't want any meat.

We usually love Moes and ours went out of business in our hometown. So upon going to this one, the place was very dirty, trash all over the floor, counters were dirty, tables hadn't been wiped off. When we ordered our food the workers were rude and were not concerned at all with the service they provided. They didn't have any vegetables or any mushrooms. They were out of ice, and anything that we asked for they said, "That will be extra cost, we don't make the rules, we just work here". I explained that you don't have items that are included in the price so why can't you just swap them out. They wouldn't do it. I hate going to restaurants like this where everything is dirty and no worker cares about anything.

I ordered from DoorDash and paid almost $96 for four meals. My nachos were missing the beans, shredded cheese, queso, and extra meat I paid for and were on the receipt. My husband’s burrito was missing the shredded cheese, sour cream, and guacamole that were on the receipt provided by Moe’s as well. My mom’s salad was missing several items to boot. I used to love this place. Now I’d just say to not waste your money on lackluster and missing ingredients.

This Moe's is just not up to par. We've been coming here for a few years and it just keeps getting worse. Drink area was badly in need of a cleaning. Every table was dirty and there were four staff standing around. The booths are in bad need of new seats. Food quality has gone downhill too.

Getting our food was a normal experience the people serving us were nice but they seemed very uninterested in anything they were doing. Although they update their menus and their artwork as they are told to by corporate, unfortunately they do not do upkeep on furniture or the building itself at all. Every single air vent has a huge amount of mold all around it. Dust packed on to the light fixtures. Seats discolored and covered in old food stains. The separation plastic where you're ordering your food is just covered in everything.. and then when we sat down with our food I was disappointed with the quality, it was not anywhere near what it was a year ago.

Staff on night shift 12/15 was rude. Did not acknowledge us as we walked in ( we were the only people there). One guy never even tried to make eye contact with us. Also they were mumbling and looking at us like we were stupid as we tried to order. We were planning on eating inside but after not feeling welcome, we decided to leave.

Work area dirty, manager walking back and forth not addressing it, not helping the 3 workers who for 15 minutes cannot get the family of four's order put together....after 20 minutes..my food a plain off the menu Edgy Veggie bowl has been sitting on the counter for 10 minutes and I can't pay and leave....WORST Moe's I have ever seen...left without ever getting food

Manager was not helpful at all.My QR code would not populate in my app.He literally acted like he was allergic to manually entering a discount for a reward that I haven’t redeemed. Also, not one employee greeted me when I walked in!I’ll continue my business at BridgeStreet….or even Airport Rd. rather than this place.

The staff was very rude. I asked a question about the rice and the employee just put it on there. The place is dirty mold growing around the soda machine, it was also sticky. The place doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned or deep cleaned in a long time. Also employees all on phones and watching the movie that was on the tv. Also this place is overpriced for what you get.
