I frequent Panera Bread restaurant on Zeirdt Rd 3 to 4 times a week. I am a rewards member, and I have spent a good bit of money at this establishment. On 10/1/25 at 6.55 a.m I purchased a breakfast sandwich and a Chicken Pesto Dipper. I was told the dipping soup is not prepared until 9 or 10 a.m. However, the day prior I ordered the same food items, I received the dipping soup with no problem. After being told I couldn't get the soup, I asked if the price would change or can I receive something that replaces the soup; I was told no, but i would still be charged the same price. As much as I spend I should have received a replacement item or given a discount. I will share this experience with others and I will no longer give my money to this establishment. Thank you, K. Garner, unsatisfied customer. P.S: my breakfast sandwich was burnt.

This is my new spot to pick up bagels and coffee for early morning meetings. Expect ~$45 for 8 folks with plates, cups, flatware, and a tub of cream cheese.

Panera Bread will always be my favorite especially when I'm on the road. Quality delicious meals that I can count on wherever I am. I know where all the Paneras are between my house and the beach and they never disappoint me.

$10 for a sandwich a tiny bit bigger than a credit card. Not only that, there was barely any filling. Service is fine, but the food at Panera is rapidly going downhill. Do not waste your money.

This is my go to spot for coffee, tea, and friendly casual chit chat. Olivia and Ali run a tight ship and they have a great crew! Friendly, fast service with a smile. Great place for a quick break or even some remote work. I highly recommend!

This restaurant has gone down so bad. The customer service is the worst. Met a young lady who was extremely rude and nasty at the drive through from the time I placed my order.
Food was gross. The sandwich had weird chemical flavor that was Chlorox like. The other side was disgusting so I threw away whatever I didn't eat. I would not recommend this place. Its not worth the $15-$20 when you could make it yourself better.

Great teamwork and great customer service with this Panera Bread crew. I ordered the pick 2, as a to-go order and received the incorrect sandwich. When I got in my car I noticed my order was wrong. I immediately brought my order back inside and the cashier Olivia did an excellent job with handling the situation as well as the person in charge, and the person in the back, who quickly prepared my correct/replacement sandwich. Good job Olivia and crew.

I really enjoy Panera‘s food. I always order delivery and it’s delivered by DoorDash. I’ve never had a problem except for this last visit. The sandwich that I received was lackluster at best and the croissant was flat. I called the restaurant and the manager, Olivia Said she would refund the two items. Unfortunately, her system was down. She asked if I would wait until the next Morning and she would get it taken care of for me. I called back the next day and to my surprise and delight. She refunded the whole order. Thank you, Olivia for such excellent customer service and for making my morning. God bless you!
