When you call in your order, you are talking to a call center in India. If they make a mistake in the India call center with your order, Madison Blvd Pizza hut takes no responsibility without an argument. In fact, they say they don't even work for Pizza hut.

Went to pick up an online order. They ran out of large pan pizza dough and substituted 2 mediums for my Super Supreme. These pizzas were AWESOME! Perfectly cooked and covered with toppings. One of the best pizzas we’ve ever had.

The Detroit style pizza was excellent when first ordered and later as a leftover. It was as good or better when reheating using a covered sauté pan on a low temperature. The Cheesy Alfredo Pasta was much improved over the prior Alfredo version.
