Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

What a great place to enjoy Italian ice or custard! The staff were friendly and prompt.

Always loved rita’s, was good. Employees acted extremely annoyed and had attitudes, not to mention they had headphones in so kept having to repeat everything and they still got it wrong

We enjoy the custard and ice, but the customer service seems to be poor here. We have visited this location twice in three days, and both times the employees acted like they were annoyed by our coming into the store. We always try to be kind to service workers by greeting them when we come in. These ladies just stared at us until we made our order, then checked us out without even saying “You’re welcome” when we thanked them. However, despite their rudeness, they make sure to ask for a tip before you leave!

Great variety of flavors in both ice and custard.

I have always gotten good service here and I am a diabetic so I can only select from their sugar-free, which is very good at tasting. They have always been fair with me when I buy a gallon and fill it to the top. This time they charge me for a gallon the price is going up a little, but they filled it only little past halfway right or below three-quarter. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with this, you will probably end me not coming back here anymore.

Delicious treat, very refreshing. It has the most unique texture to any flavored ice dessert I've ever had. The Gelati version is my favorite.
All the flavors are delightful so far that I've tried except tropical fusion which wasn't our thing.
Cotton candy, green apple, and the coconut cream have become fast favorites.

First time...It's okay...I would rather drive down to Jeremiah's on Hughes Rd for my Italian Ice business...

Rita is always good

I went by the store and it was closed. Sign on door stated Sunday hours were 12 to 8. I called and got an answer machine. Poor customer service.

< negative stars Waited over 30 minutes and then they were out of most every flavor of ice and it's only 4:30. Didn't get anything went elsewhere.

It’s a shame Rita’s doesn’t care about Alabama. I recently emailed and called them twice to Madison Al store to ask for help. Our development was devastated by a tornado.Many homes were destroyed down to the foundation. We had so many volunteers helping, I thought it would be a good idea to have water ice brought out (and I would pay for it) to these men and women who were working to help each other. Rita’s never returned my emails nor my calls. They just didn’t care!

My husband and I went for Mother's Day. The staff was friendly and they had outstanding customer service. I really enjoyed my mango ice with vanilla ice cream.
