Great pizza place! My kids and I loved the pizza and the gelato, and you really couldn’t beat the atmosphere. Lots of seating available, with great outdoor options that made it feel like you were in an Italian village rather than a shopping plaza!

It's a decent place, been there several times over many years. Enjoyed my food. Cashier guy wasn't friendly, in fact acted annoyed when we asked him a simple question, but our servers were very good and friendly. .

It's been two whole years since I moved to this city, and I have to say that this is the best-tasting pizza I've had in the Huntsville/Madison area! The crust is perfectly crispy, and the toppings are fresh and flavorful. 😋 I've tried so many different places, but nothing compares to this pizza place. The pizza and sandwiches are consistently good each time we visit. Always fun to browse the beer and gelato offerings to try different brands and flavors. The staff always takes good care of us and kindly let us know if the kitchen is backed up and there is a wait.

First time ordering from Sam & Greg's and it will be my last. I ordered a pizza salad with blue cheese dressing, added pepperoni and mushrooms. I got a dry salad. None of the extras I ordered and no dressing. When I tried to call them I couldn't get a hold of anybody. Well, I gave them a shot and they blew it, There are other places who care about their service and their customers. Avoid Madison's Sam & Greg's.

Not one friendly employee in the restaurant ! Asked for a to go box , the cashier would not even hand us one even tho he was standing right by it. The food was not very good. The reason I won't be back is the rude employees.

Relatively new to the area, and I thought this restaurant might be a good spot to check out. I get there and a group of 30 walk in right in front of me. No matter, I was solo so I was planning on sitting at the bar. Come to find out you have to wait in line to order your food, even from the bar area. Turned around and walked out. I will never understand running a business like that. I gave a two star for the fact that it seems like they are at least trying to use better ingredients than most and a hand tossed crust. Food could be good, guess you’ll have to wait in a line to find out.

First time! Was awesome great service and great place along with really good pizza. Reed was the MAN. I introduced myself and being from Southern California I found this place great. Reed was very attentative and handled the order perfect! My next visit I have to be sure and order the Gelato!! Definitely going back!
