SaZa Serious Italian

This restaurant is hit and miss. Same goes for their app. sometimes the app works and sometimes not. You cannot use rewards from the app in the restaurant, only when ordering from the app. Food is not consistent. Service when something goes wrong is not effective. No grown-ups running the show in Huntsville. This restaurant could be great, but it is not. They need to really step it up or they'll end up like Mangia.

Rarely do I share reviews, but this is warranted. One of the absolute worst experiences at a restaurant, ever. First, being Mother’s Day, you would think they would be adequately staffed but they appeared short. The hostesses? One was wearing a Six Flags sweatshirt and athletic shorts, the other and sweatshirt and leggings. Can you at least require your employees to dress halfway professional as both looked like they rolled out of bed and came to work. The service…abysmal. They were already short staffed and at one point one of the few servers there was outside at the patio area on her cell phone, vaping…apparently our extremely long wait for food was of no concern to her. Our friend ordered bottomless mimosas and over the course of 2 hours was able to get ONE. Our food was mediocre at best, and our order had to be sent back a couple of times due to being wrong, cold, overcooked, etc. If you are going to run what is the equivalent of a fast food Italian restaurant, maybe adjust your prices. We won’t be back.

My son and I had a wonderful first experience here. Our server and her trainee were sweet and informative. I wasn't sure what to try, so she suggested a few dishes. I ultimately settled on the Chopped Lobster, Shrimp, and Spinach pasta. It was delicious, light, and fresh! There was so much seafood in the pasta, so it's definitely worth the price. Serving portions were generous - we left with a Togo box. I highly recommend visiting here.

The staff here is incredible! Excellent and friendly service. Saza is definitely not your average everyday Italian food joint. This is a fine dining Italian restaurant and has a great happy hour and weekly specials. Definitely would recommend.

Great experience! Always welcoming and very friendly staff. I love the new parking for close to door pick up. The chef is an amazing cook- would 10/10 recommend Saza!

Hidden gem inside town madison. across from Toyota field. Good Italian Food and pizza. Portions are large. Family meals to go! so much food.

Came down from Northern NY to visit a friend and went to Saza’s for a delicious chicken franchaise dinner! Paired it with a Spring Breeze cocktail and enjoyed every minute of the evening. Our waitress, Kelli was super sweet and friendly, giving us helpful hints and ideas about what to do in the area. Would definitely recommend putting this place on your itinerary and make sure you ask for Kelli! ❤️

Despite a hectic night including a private party of 20+ and homecoming parties, Brittany took such great care of us. The food came out fast and was perfectly timed. Everything was delicious.

Food was TERIBLE! NOT ITALIAN AT ALL. The pizza only had toppings to about mid of the crust! Spaghetti! Was AWFUL! DRY TWO DRY MEATBALLS!!! VERY DISSATISFIED! $54 Taco Bell WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER! WAY TOO PRICEY! FOR QUALITY!!!

Had a large order for an employee lunch and it was a hit! Everyone loved it! Hostess was great and helped me carry pizzas to the car. Great food and service!!

Nice little place that I'm sure will grow in popularity as the development it is in gets more and more compete. We enjoy the tasty, but not excessively spicy, food. We have been 5-6 times and had carryout a few times too. Great views when there's lights at the stadium too. Can get loud as every surface carries the echos. Upstairs is marginally quieter. We recommend saza. Probably going to get more tonight after all this thinking of them! (Btw, park behind the restaurant, it will be closer and less stressful than the street parking.)
