Brandon H is the best thing about this restaurant. He took our order and knew every detail about the menu. He was friendly and welcoming. We were dining in and after some confusion, our order was delivered to the wrong people. Brandon came over and was very professional and apologetic. We understood there was confusion, but he insisted on offering us dessert on the house. I hope Slim Chickens realizes what an amazing employee they have.
Here is a big shout out to the guy taking the orders at the drive thru in the rain with no cover to he under. He was so pleasant and no attitude that he had to be in the rain. management get him some kind of tent to stand under.
Fried mushrooms should be fried not mush!
Waste of my money this time. I don’t think they breaded or fried them right and they sure as heck didn’t drain the oil off when taken out of fryer.
The rest of dinner was good. Slim Chickens is probably my favorite chicken place to go to. Maybe better luck next time.
