Edgar's Bakery Madison offers a clean and bright atmosphere with excellent customer service. Staff members like Olivia, Bryant, Aayushi, Kailey, and Chasey are described as sweet, patient, smiley, professional, and accommodating. The food is amazing, with specific meals including the deluxe club, which was delicious, and the carrot cake, which was absolutely delicious, moist, flavorful, and brought together by cream cheese frosting. The strawberry cake and French toast are also highly recommended, with the French toast being some of the best ever had. A complaint noted that there is not enough icing on the cinnamon rolls. The bagel was amazing, though the oatmeal was overpriced for what it was. Overall, the restaurant is recommended for yummy breakfast and good customer service.
