Absolutely horrible I would not recommend I asked for my change back they stole a dollar from my change obviously didn't bring it up because didn't want to bring drama but this place is not a good place to recommend I'd recommend the Sonic on county line road

The male Manager at this restaurant was very rude on how he asked…what do you want? I’ve been in customer service for years and I wouldn’t dare speak to a customer in this manner? Who trained him? Did he train himself? Ridiculously horrible. I will never be back at this location and will tell others not to come here either.

I love Sonic ice so much that I bought a refrigerator that has an icemaker that makes nugget ice. Sonic is always quick with their service.

We tried to order slushies for the Second time in two weeks and the slushies machine has been down, both times.... How is it that we come to sonic to order the one thing that separates the franchise all from other fast food chains and it isn't even available. It's like going to Chickfila but they have no chicken.

Service is terrible. 40+ wait for 2 items. Severely understaffed and ignore orders or flat out wait till cars leave. Don’t waste your time just order somewhere else

I'm not sure if he was the manager or not, but he was wearing a red shirt. Either way, he needs more training on customer service, because he was one of the most rude employees I've ever met. He threw away my customers Door Dash ticket to try and avoid making the order, and then refused to answer the phone for them too, and I felt so bad for them because they just wanted their drinks, it wasn't even a big order.

We came here after the movies for a quick bit to eat, when we pulled in there were only one other car present. We ordered our food and preceded to wait 45 minutes till I went in to ask what the update on our food was, by this point the other car had already left. When I walked in there were two guys seemingly horse playing while me and my wife have been waiting. I said excuse me to the boys, one of them immediately turned around and said there backed up and the food will be out shortly. Which was a blatant lie seeing as how there was nobody else there. After I went in and reminded them they still had customers our food was out in less than ten minutes. Would not recommend anyone waste there time here.
