First off, their machine is broken extremely frequently, so you can't even get served.Then, if you're like me and have severe reactions to dairy and need alternative milk, you get charged $0.70 extra (unfair but a corporate policy), and this place consistently underserves the amount of alternative milk compared to dairy milk. I know this because I order dairy drinks for others in my party, and their cups are fuller.I have been going here for years for the convenience, but it's very frustrating to be overcharged for a medical issue (again, I get that it's from corporate) and then underserved on top of that.Oh, and because it's inside a Kroger, you have to go through Kroger customer service to fix any funding or cancellation issues you run into (like when their machine breaks AGAIN and you've already paid for an order; the refund has to be done in person at the Kroger customer service desk). I wouldn't knock a star off for it, but people should be aware that it's more likely to be an issue at this store because their machine is garbage.

Prior Starbucks employee here (not this location), not impressed with the staff. I can sense the passive aggressiveness between the coworkers and one employee specifically is not very nice, even to the customers. Within the 10 minutes I've been waiting she's told a customer she hasn't had time to go to the back for flat lids when they asked for one and then still didn't go to get one which I found weird because she had enough time to check her phone to see when her break was. Then messed up another ladies drink. Was actively talking about how her schedule didn't work for her and she's too stressed. Not sure if this is a management problem or just her. Also found out the coworker she was being rude to was only on her second day working there, which makes it even more rude because the new girl was doing a really good job. Very fast and efficient with the customers & when the line was gone she immediately started helping drinks but was told 'Ok! I need you to clean up before you start making drinks.' with attitude. Not cool. Good tea though.

Come on really? This is the second time. Where is the drink? I come here because the others around here take over 30 minutes for a drink. But this is what is at the Kroger. I’ll just make my own and save the money.

I would give -0 if I could! This company has some of the laziest incompetent group of ppl to run your store. Spent $30 just to get 3 Grande size cups full of whip cream and froth or foam with a teaspoon of coffee and 3 half frozen double stuffed sandwiches. Then had the nerve to discuss me to a sitting customer cause I came and asked for my money back I want a manager to contact me asap!

They seriously need to hire someone different for early mornings...... They move too slowly for managing mobile and in persob ordering snd they dont know how to make the drinks. You spend 30 min waiting and get a basic drink that is made incorrectly.

Well, I tried again after 3 years of not having starbucks, and it was a bust. Even in a different state, it was aweful. I asked for a skinny iced caramel macchiato, and I got a 1% milk. There was no taste of coffee, and the sticker did not say sugar-free for the syrup. I ended up throwing the whole thing away. I gave a 2 for the food because i needed something quick to eat, but a frozen high-priced breakfast sandwich shouldn't get more than 2 stars.The ladies were very polite but again for the high cost of this place it is disappointing. I compare Starbucks to a McDonald's for breakfast.

This is the most inconsistent starbucks location I have ever been to, the espresso machine has been broken for weeks and order ahead is only available approximately one day per week. There will be signs that at “closed for the day” and 15 minutes later they will be open.

The espresso machine is up and running again! Absolutely adore the staff, and having a Starbucks in a Kroger is sooo convenient because I can get all my shopping completed and enjoy my favorite coffee. So relaxing. I heard they're getting a renovation soon

On top of the 2 disrespectful young girls there that I encountered.. this Starbucks just doesn’t make their coffee taste good. Idk if they’re just in a rush to always make it. But something is up. I’m gonna drive the additional 5 minutes to go to target Starbucks.
