Come on really? This is the second time. Where is the drink? I come here because the others around here take over 30 minutes for a drink. But this is what is at the Kroger. I’ll just make my own and save the money.
This is the most inconsistent starbucks location I have ever been to, the espresso machine has been broken for weeks and order ahead is only available approximately one day per week. There will be signs that at “closed for the day” and 15 minutes later they will be open.

Prior Starbucks employee here (not this location), not impressed with the staff. I can sense the passive aggressiveness between the coworkers and one employee specifically is not very nice, even to the customers. Within the 10 minutes I've been waiting she's told a customer she hasn't had time to go to the back for flat lids when they asked for one and then still didn't go to get one which I found weird because she had enough time to check her phone to see when her break was....read full review
